A woman accused of the murder of her building superintendent over a rent dispute was seen smirking as she was perpwalked.Sandra Navarro, 48, is charged with the murder of 55-year-old Jose Portillo, the superintendent of her apartment building in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. Officials in New York say Navarro attacked the father-of-three with a pipe, before attempting to dismember him.
