Tennessee Titans fire Mike Vrabel after back-to-back losing seasons

The Titans have ended coach Mike Vrabel's six-year tenure after back-to-back losing seasons.

The Titans went 6-11 in 2023 - Vrabel's worst season yet - leading to billionaire owner Strunk pulling the trigger in search of a 'fresh perspective' on the coaching staff.

Vrabel, 48, enjoyed three straight years of postseason football in 2019, 2020 and 2021, but the Titans dropped back in 2022 and got worse in 2023.
