Terror attack at Turkish defence company leaves 'dead and wounded'

A terror attack has left a number of people dead and injured at the headquarters of a defence company in Turkey, according to officials.

The attack was carried out against the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), interior minister Ali Yerlikaya said in a statement.

Pictures from the scene show a large plume of smoke rising and substantial damage done to structures outside the building.
