The 30th Annual has officially kicked off, and with the glitz and glamor that comes with recognizing the best of television and film, also comes some questionable red carpet looks.The ceremony, which was originally set for January 12, was postponed due to the devastating but rescheduled for February 7.Like last year, the ceremony will take place at Santa Monica Airport’s Barker Hangar with hosting for the third year in a row.
