More than two years after Ivana Trump's death, her plush townhouse remains unsold - despite being slashed by $7 million since its initial listing. The property, located in the upscale Lennox Hill neighborhood in Manhattan, was first listed in November 2022, four months after the 73-year-old businesswoman was found dead at the bottom of her staircase on July 14, 2022. Ivana Trump, who was married to from 1977 to 1992, moved into the six-story townhouse shortly after their divorce in the early 1990s.
