An eco-conscious bride from who grew all her own wedding flowers claims she saved a staggering $15,000 on her big day.Emma Tamlin, 29, and her 30-year-old from Ontario was concerned about pollution caused by the global flower market (not to mention the cost of wedding flowers following the pandemic) ahead of their wedding, and decided to solve the problem with some seeds, a little patience and plenty of nurturing.The couple spent $500 on seeds to grow sunflowers, mallow, snowy baby's breath, cosmos, pink and white dahlias, zinnias, larkspurs, pink cushion flowers and bachelor button which they spent months watering.
