Todd and Julie Chrisley have said they plan to lean on their faith in God as they ready an appeal to fight back just a day after being sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison for fraud and tax evasion, respectively. The Chrisleys, through a spokesperson for their attorneys, told DailyMail.com in a statement that they will appeal the decision after the 'Chrisley Knows Best' stars were handed harsh terms in a court in Atlanta, where prosecutors argued that they 'swindled' banks out of $30million in loans then avoided paying taxes for years - even Attorney Alex Little claimed that the trial was completely flawed and that their faith will 'give them strength' as they try to fight the case before they must report for sentencing on January 1, echoing daughter Savannah, who said Sunday that they're trusting their faith in God over the system.
