A top aide to 's military commander was killed on his birthday after one of his presents exploded inside his home on Monday, 'seriously injuring' his 13-year-old son. Major Hennadiy Chastyakov was killed by a deadly explosion that 'went off in one of [his] birthday gifts', Valeriy Zaluzhnyy, the commander in chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, said in a Telegram statement.
