Three Toyota plants in are to cease production for a week due to the truck drivers' protests and blockades, it was reported on Wednesday, as Prime Minister accused the drivers of harming the national interest.The three Canadian factories - two in the Ontario town of Cambridge and one in Woodstock, Ontario - employ 8,000 people and follow the General Motors plant in Delta Township, , in grinding partially to a halt. It now means that at least six production facilities are closing due to the protests.The Ambassador Bridge, which runs between Detroit in the U.S. and the Canadian border town of Windsor, was blockaded on Wednesday for the third day in a row.
