Travis Decker's chilling words before vanishing with three daughters

A neighbor who was one of the last people to see fugitive father Travis Decker before he vanished with his three daughters has shared chilling details about the dad's strange demeanor and final words before he allegedly did the unthinkable.

Decker is; Paityn, nine, Evelyn, eight, and Olivia Decker, five, after tying them up with zip ties.

Their lifeless bodies were discovered in a campsite in rural on Monday.
