Trinidad and Tobago sprinter Renny Quow lost one of his shoes during the men's 4x 400-metre relay heat at the Games. The 36-year-old started off superbly and momentarily led the first leg before being overtaken. As Quow came around the bend, one of his running trainers came flying off but he didn't stop and continued his run before passing the baton.
