has launched yet another attack on the late John McCain, this time penning an embittered review of the former senator's funeral to which he was not invited.
A number of former presidents did attend McCain's funeral, while the two responsible for foiling his presidential aspirations, George W. Bush and , gave eulogies.
In his new book, Trump wrote that he 'never warmed' to McCain, an old rival. In Letters to Trump, he said: 'Never felt good about anybody having anything to do with John McCain and never will, even despite the fact that at their request, I gave him the world's longest funeral, 11 days. Much like his wars, it never ended.'
