A powerful 7.3 magnitude earthquake shook off the coast of Fukushima in northern Japan on Wednesday, triggering a tsunami advisory.The Japan Meteorological Agency said the quake struck 36 miles below the sea at 11.38pm local time. The agency issued a tsunami advisory for a surge of up to three feet of water in parts of Miyagi and Fukushima.
