The United States is on track to reach its deadliest year in the past decade after at least two dozen people were killed and 90 were injured in shootings over the weekend.The first weekend of June saw a total of 10 mass shootings across the US over the weekend, killing 16 people and leaving 58 injured from early Friday morning through Sunday night, according to the Gun Violence Archive, an institute tracking shootings in the country. The archive defines mass shootings as an incident where at least four people are shot and injured or killed, not including any shooter.
