An animal shelter in has announced they will not allow people to adopt pets if they do not support gun control in the wake of a series of mass shootings that have wreaked havoc across the US. The Shelter Hope Pet Shop in the city of Thousand Oaks said they have added the question 'where do you stand on gun control' to their adoption interview for those looking to adopt a pet. Kim Sill, the owner of the pet shelter, said that if a person is a NRA supporter and believes there should be no background check for guns, they will be banned from adopting a pet.
