A fourth-grade teacher at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, has not spoken to his second-cousin, the city's police chief, since he failed to stop a gunman who killed 11 of his students.Arnulfo Reyes revealed to that he is second-cousins with schools police chief Pete Arredondo, who has been blasted for holding officers back for more than an hour as 18-year-old gunman Salvador Ramos locked himself inside the building with the students - killing 19 children and two teachers.Reyes, 45, said he does not understand why Arredondo refused to act, and revealed that his classroom's doorknob had been broken for at least two years - something he says Arredondo knew even though the police chief claimed he had to search for keys to enter the building.
