The Uvalde School District Police Chief who decided that officers should not breach a classroom during the Robb Elementary School massacre will not be sworn into the city council today as the service was postponed for the first of the victims' funerals.Pedro 'Pete' Arredondo, 50, was supposed to be amongst several new members of the Uvalde's city council sworn in at a meeting on Tuesday after he was elected earlier this month.But the city's mayor, Don McLaughlin, said that the City Council meeting has been postponed as today marks the first of the funerals for the 21 victims of the massacre.
