alum Kelly Gale has shared the nine-minute standing ab workout she swears by to maintain a washboard midsection.The 26-year-old catwalk model with Swedish and Australian heritage took to Instagram on Monday with the six exercise routine she follows, using weighted resistance from a Bala bangle to get major results.She does a series of side twists, oblique twists and 360 degree twists with her arms bent and holding the bangle for 30 seconds each time, before repeating the whole routine three times over.
