A four-bedroom home at Dorset's exclusive Sandbanks resort has beaten out rival luxury locations to sell for more than £4,500 per square foot - becoming one of priciest properties in the world for its size.The bungalow on 'Millionaire's Row' was bought for a record £13.5million by Tom Glanfield, a self-made multimillionaire who started a recruitment business 20 years ago with a student loan.The chalet after a Victorian botanist bought a piece of land on the peninsula in Poole Harbour, Dorset, for about £1,000 in 1906.
