A New York teacher who was exonerated of involvement in a noose display is suing for damages - claiming she has been forced out despite being cleared.Social studies teacher Nancy Doering, 48, was one of three suspended after the pictures were found in 2019 at Roosevelt Middle School in Hempstead, Long Island.The two others were let go and no longer teach at the school. The drawings were in a classroom as part of a collage about the return to school. They were jokingly described as 'back to school necklaces'.
