Wife of Len Root, pilot who died in Texas airshow crash, sues organize

The wife and daughters of one of the six men killed at an when two WWII-era planes crashed in the sky in front of a large crowd are suing the event's organizers.

The family of Len Root, including his wife Angela Norris Root, filed suit against the Commemorative Air Force, the group that organized the Wings Over Dallas Air Show.

Kevin Koudelka, the family's attorney, said: 'Mrs. Root watched it happen, and she is not doing very well,' referring to the fatal crash.
