Wild brawl erupts at Under 7s football match

Five people have been charged by police after a wild brawl erupted at an Under 7s football tournament in 's south-west on Saturday.

Fairfield Hotspurs had been hosting the tournament when the fight erupted on the side of the pitch during a match between Marconi Juniors and South West Wanderers at Prospect View Park.

Police state that they were called at 11.50am to deal with the matter. After arriving, officers are understood to have separated three people involved in the brawl as well as other attendees and officials who had intervened.
