The Carnegie Mellon professor who put out a tweet so acidic in response to the death of that took it down has continued to double down on her anti-monarchy statements. Uju Anya, speaking to on Thursday, called the Queen's reign 'violent' and called herself a 'child of colonization.' She also said that people 'literally around the world' are 'rejoicing at this woman's death, not because they're vile or cold but because her reign and the reign of her monarchy by extension was violent.'
