WV killer Rachel Shoaf has her parole denied for killing Skylar Neese

A woman who senselessly killed her best friend as part of a teenage murder plot that captivated the nation a decade ago has been denied parole.

Rachel Shoaf, 26, will now remain in prison for the murder of her best friend, 16-year-old Skylar Neese, in 2012.

Both Skylar's parents, Dave and Mary Neese, testified at today's parole hearing, which was the first time they had come face-to-face with one of their daughter's killers in over a decade.
