A 100-year-old woman who is still working six days a week has revealed the six foods she relies on to maintain her health and youth - and the habit that she has cut out in order to ensure her longevity.
New Jersey-based Mariam Todd is living proof that you really are only as old as you feel, and she is now sharing the key lifestyle choices that she says have enabled her to enjoy such youthful energy.
The 100-year-old doesn't let her age hold her back and instead puts herself out there by working six days a week at her family’s furniture store for a total of 50 hours a week.
