More than 85,000 highchairs sold at retailers such as Target and Toys 'R' Us have been recalled amid reports of two dozen falls. Toy and nursery company TOMY International is recalling its Boon Flair and Flair Elite model highchairs as the bolts used to secure the seat to the base are able to loosen - creating a falling hazard. Some 83,000 affected models were sold in the US while a further 2,850 are in , according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
