Abbott has halted production once again at its plant in Michigan that was at the center of the nation's baby formula shortage crisis - this time for severe storms that flooded parts of the building.The facility in Sturgis, Michigan had just reopened on June 4 after being closed since February due to contamination.Production for its EleCare specialty formula has been suspended, but there is enough supply to meet demand until production is restarted, the company said.
