Accused Michigan high school shooter Ethan Crumbley will plead insanity in the attack that killed four of his classmates, his attorneys announced Thursday.“Please take notice that … Ethan Crumbley intends to assert the defense of insanity at the time of the alleged offense,” the 15-year-old suspect’s attorneys wrote in a one-sentence filing in Oakland County Circuit Court.The announcement came the same day Crumbley, his parents and school officials were all named in a new lawsuit over the Nov. 30 mass shooting at Oxford High School.
