An man is taking his local sheriff's department to court claiming they handcuffed him so tightly he had to have his hand amputated. Giovanni Loyola, 28, claims he was handcuffed so tightly during an arrest that the circulation to his left hand was cut off for hours and he had to have it amputated. He says he asked deputies to loosen the cuff but they refused and he was left in agonizing pain, saying: 'I don’t wish that pain on nobody.'
