Airlines is set to start serving a custom-made Stumptown Coffee blend that was brewed to taste better in the air. The coffee roaster, based out of in , will serve its medium-dark blend - twisted from its signature Holler Mountain blend - with notes of toasted marshmallows, browned butter, and toffee with hints of citrus and cherry. 'For those who don't know, your taste buds react differently at 30,000 feet due to altitude, which can cause food and drinks to taste different from how they do on the ground,' the airline said in a release.
