Tens of millions of Americans will suffer through days more of bitter cold, snow, and ice storms as a 'one-two punch' hits the US this week.Wednesday is a brief reprieve for much of the country after an arctic blast killed at least nine people, blanketed half the US with snow, and cut power to thousands.Longer-range forecasts still expect very cold temperatures until after the weekend, along with snow even in areas that haven't had much of it for most of winter.
