A convicted murderer who killed dozens of black men and boys has described how he feels no remorse and believes his actions were sanctioned by police in Apartheid-era .
Louis Van Schoor carried out a three-year killing spree in the 1980s, using his role as a security guard for white-owned businesses in the coastal city of East to 'hunt down' and take out intruders with 'maximum force'.
The former police officer would be barefoot as he homed in on his victims, some of whom were children, with his sense of smell, before shooting them with a pistol loaded with bullets which were 'designed to kill'.
