The infamous 'Baby Mary' cold case has been cracked nearly four decades later with the newborn's mother charged in her daughter's death following a DNA breakthrough.Baby Mary was found dead in a remote wooded area near Mendham Township in on Eve 1984. She had been wrapped in a blanket inside a plastic bag with the umbilical cord still attached.Two boys made the gruesome discovery when they were walking along a stream along Mt. Pleasant Road, police said. The medical examiner revealed that the baby was less than a day old when she died. Her death was ruled a homicide.
