People sleep more and move less after giving up work, a study has found — raising the risk of a whole host of health problems.Finish researchers tracked 515 people for a week before and after they retired to check how their habits changed.It revealed retirees slept for about 36 minutes a day longer on average, but exercised for up to an hour less.
