Parts of Europe have ground to a halt again as public transport strikes crippled today and Belgium farmers blockaded border crossings.As many as 2,000 trucks are also stranded outside the Port of Zeebrugge in Bruges after farmers blocked roads with heavy machinery.Farmers across the continent have been protesting for weeks against grievances including taxes, rising costs, cheap imports, climate policies and bureaucracy.
