Army veteran Mike Watters, 60, lives so close to the Fayetteville Works chemical plant he can hear alarms when they go off. The factory has been accused of with dangerous 'forever chemicals', tiny molecules used to make thousands of everyday products that earned their name because they do not break down in the body or environment.Mr Watters - a generally healthy man with nearly two decades of military service under his belt - has been living in the plant's backyard for over a decade and has seen his health deteriorate significantly during that time.
