Boeing's largest union is threatening to strike if its demands for a pay increase are not met, in the latest challenge facing the planemaker .The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers is demanding a 40 percent pay increase over three or four years, following a 2014 deal that sacrificed pensions and capped pay. Jon Holden, president of IAM District 751, which represents 32,000 Seattle-area Boeing mechanics, told the union is prepared for a work stoppage as contract talks loom next month.
