A teacher is under investigation after she said she would be 'dressing up' during a fundraiser event for the families of two NYPD officers who were shot during an ambush attack.
Laura Lynne Duffy, a maths teacher at Fontbonne Hall Academy in Brooklyn, wrote on that she would be 'intentionally dressing up' during a student 'dress down' fundraiser paying tribute to officers Jason Rivera, 22 and Wilbert Mora, 27.
The school had arranged the fundraiser to raise money for the families of the fallen officers who were shot by career criminal Lashawn McNeil, 47, on January 21.
