Carrols Restaurant Group, the largest Burger King franchisor with more than 1,000 restaurants worldwide, announced that the company will have to make some rollbacks due to inflation, particularly with some of the fast-food chain's most famous discounted menu items.In a recent earnings call, Daniel Accordino, chief executive of Carrols, said that the company was dealing with the rising cost of beef, which makes up a quarter of its food basket and whose prices have risen 33 percent over the last year.
