The House Republican campaign arm has delivered a 'DUI prevention kit' to state senator Dave Min, the California running to replace Rep. Katie Porter, to mark the one-year anniversary of his drunk driving arrest.
The kit, put together by the National Republican Commitee (NRCC) and hand-delivered to the candidate's office, included non-alcoholic beer, a breathalyzer, bottles of water and 'tips to avoid a DUI.'
Min, 48, was arrested by police on May 3, 2023 in Sacramento after he ran through a red light in his Toyota Camry with his headlights off.
