California wife beater is sentenced to four years in prison

A New York man has been sentenced to four years in prison in after he was recorded on video beating his wife in the early morning hours by his six-year-old son.

Miguel Lazaro-Castillo, 38, pled no contest to felony , false imprisonment and misdemeanor child abuse in October.

The incident stems from a 911 call at 2 a.m. on October 9 from one of Lazaro-Castillo's three children.
