Democratic presidential candidate Jason Palmer shocked the country by beating President in American Samoa's caucus Tuesday night, robbing the sitting president of a clean sweep of the primaries. Palmer, a Baltimore-based tech education entrepreneur, revealed on after his astonishing win - beating Biden by 11 votes in the 91 person election - that he never even traveled to the South Pacific island, instead engaging with voters virtually. In the interview he also encouraged Biden, 81, to step down and pass the torch on to the younger generation.
