A member of the sect of the Latin Kings gang who has been diagnosed with Down syndrome is accused of killing a man in front of his pregnant wife in a road rage of attack and then killing a man in a case of mistaken identity ten days later. The killings were perpetrated by Nicholas 'Smush' Samudio, 22, occurred in February, authorities in Chicago allege. On February 16th, Samudio is accused of shooting Humberto Marin-Garcia, 28, dead following a road rage incident in the Bridgeport section of the city, while on February 26th he allegedly shot-and-killed Tomas Villa, 22, in the North Lawndale neighborhood after mistaking him for a member of a rival gang.
