A fierce storm has disrupted hundreds of flights in the northeast on Monday, with power out for over half a million people from Virginia north through New England.New England saw the worst of the storm Monday morning with nearly 140,000 left without power in and 119,000 in Maine after winds of up to 55mph hit the region. Millions saw their commutes affected Monday morning and hundreds of flights in and out of Boston and were cancelled, with hundreds more delayed.
