Coca-Cola's strategy of ramping up prices has boosted earnings - but sales are losing their fizz in North America after a string of price rises.Globally, demand for its drinks grew 2 percent in 2023 even though they were 10 percent more expensive on average.The double-whammy of more drinks sold at a higher prices helped bump revenue up 6 percent to $45.8 billion, Coca-Cola said today as it reported annual results.
