Colombian police have arrested four men allegedly involved in

Luis Manuel Diaz was , having been of the left-wing guerrilla group Ejercito de Liberation Nacional (ELN) on October 28.

He and his wife were captured at gunpoint when they stopped for watermelons at a station.
