A historic 'castle in the woods' has hit the property market for $27 million after being last bought in 1992 for $1.4 million. The century-old Greystone Manor and Estate was completed in 1917 and Genevieve Chandler - a prominent Denver socialite - moved in and turned the vast estate into the site of elite parties and formal luncheons through the 1920s. Described as 'secluded mountain living at its best' - the sprawling property saw three owners after Chandler before being purchased by Richard and Pamela Bard in 1990.
