All domestic battery charges against tight end Drew Ogletree have been dismissed due to 'insufficient evidence', according to reports.Ogletree, 25, faced two felony counts of 'domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury' and 'domestic battery committed in physical presence of a child less than 16' following his arrest at the end of December.The Colts star, who was also placed on the NFL commissioner's exempt list after his arrest, was accused of 'bodyslamming' the alleged victim to the ground during a dispute over his broken phone.
