Recently released dashcam footage from a state patrol vehicle shows the moment Rep. Madison Cawthorn is pulled over for speeding - his second of three citations over the past five months.

The 26-year-old speedster was ultimately cited for driving 87 miles per hour in a 70 mph zone during the January 8 stop. The footage also shows the officer letting Cawthorn off the hook for not having his license.

The freshman representative has been ticketed at least three times for speeding in recent months - including additional stops on October 18, 2021 and March 3, 2022, according to .
