Experts have voiced stark warnings against a new supplement launched by a popular wellness influencer, which claims to let you eat junk food without the blood sugar spikes that can make us fat.The vitamin pills sold by health guru Jessie Ichauspe for $65, contain a number of herbal ingredients that purport to 'reduce the glucose [blood sugar] spike of carbs and sugar by up to 40 percent.' Fluctuations in blood sugar are associated with obesity, as big drops increase hunger pangs, making us more likely to snack on high calorie foods.
